Return & Refund Policy

At Wild Waters Beauty, every product is handcrafted in small batches with care, intention, and quality ingredients. Because our products are personal care items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped or delivered.

Returns

Due to the nature of bath, body, and skincare products, we do not accept returns for opened, used, or delivered items. This helps ensure the safety, freshness, and quality of every product we make.

Refunds

All sales are final. Refunds are not offered for personal preference, scent preference, skin feel, texture preference, or change of mind.

If there is an issue with your order, such as a damaged item, missing item, or incorrect product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the damaged or incorrect item
  • A photo of the packaging, if applicable
  • A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, shop credit, or refund depending on the situation.

Allergies & Skin Sensitivities

Please review the full ingredient list before purchasing. Everyone’s skin is different, and we cannot guarantee that a product will work for every individual skin type.

If you have sensitive skin, allergies, or ingredient concerns, we recommend patch testing before full use. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Shipping Issues

Wild Waters Beauty is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If your package is marked delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local post office or shipping carrier for assistance.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed, packed, or shipped. Once an order has been prepared or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
